International Shipping
All International shipments will be discussed on an individual basis. The shipping fee will be dependent on the country it is being shipped to and the weight and size of the package. Please bear in mind for international shipments, certain import duties and taxes may apply.
Refunds
In the very unlikely event that I am unable to produce your Portrait, I will refund you the full amount of the deposit paid.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
